SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for delivery. If you do not wish for the order to be sent as signed for please contact us. Please allow 2-14 working days for delivery. Please note, our resin items can take up to a month to be made so please order accordingly. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure you receive your order when needed, please order accordingly especially during holiday times. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. Herd & Healy holds the right to change the policy at any time. Please check back from time to time to note any changes.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We offer returns and refunds to items which are delivered faulty due to crafting error or delivery and on our clothing after 30 days of shipping. Sale items and items used roughly or over a period of time will not be accepted. 

Refunds

Please send an email to herdandhealy@gmail.com if you would like to return your item for a refund. Once emailed, please allow up to 48 hours for a reply, containing return instructions. 

When requesting a refund please be aware of the following:

  • Refunds must be requested within 30 days of your order being delivered to you.

  • All earrings and face masks are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons, unless proven non-worn.

  • The item that you wish to receive a refund for must be in the exact same condition you received it in. It must not be worn or washed.

  • The cost of postage incurred by returning the item to Herd & Healy is not covered or reimbursed by us.

  • A refund will only be processed once the item has been received by us, we recommend sending the item via a tracked or signed for service to ensure it reaches us safely. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Once approved, you will receive a shipping address to return the product(s) and once received the refund will be processed via your original payment method within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at herdandhealy@gmail.com

Incorrect item

If you receive an item which is not what you originally ordered, please send an email to herdandhealy@gmail.com containing your order number, the item you ordered and the item you received. We will then arrange a correction accordingly.​

OUR RESIN PRODUCTS

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that any two resin pieces will be the same. 

We cannot guarantee that bubbles will not occur and the colours may vary. 

Resin can take up to 21 days to fully cure, however the majority of our products are cured within 24 hours. Due to this, we will not be posting any resin products until a minimum of 3 days after the pieces have been made. This can mean your order could take longer than the expected 14 day delivery. Therefore, please place your order accordingly and do not hesitate to contact us regarding any questions.
